This special paring knife features a Japanese style octagonal Wa handle made from cherry wood, with a stainless steel blade. The cherry wood has been stained and coated with a beautiful food grade linseed oil finish.
Like all of our knives, this handcrafted paring knife is 100% proudly made in Canada, right here in our small shop in Brantford Ontario.
