Handmade veggie chopper or cheese knife with patterned high-carbon steel

Description

This is an original, one of a kind cheese knife with a wide steel blade and richly coloured ruby red wood handle. Completely handmade in Canada here in our shop located in Brantford Ontario.
The blade is made from high carbon 1095 steel, and is 1 3/4 inches wide, 4.5 inches long with a comfy 3 and 7/8 inch handle.
A striped patterned patina has been etched into the blade using mustard.
