Chef’s knife handmade in Canada. This Chef’s knife features an 8″ blade with a big, comfortable 5.5″ handle, perfect for the cook with large hands.

The handle features solid stainless steel bolsters. The handle grip material is black micarta secured to the tang with solid brass pins. Micarta is a very tough and water resistant material that’s almost as strong as steel.

The blade is heat treated to perfection for an edge that stays sharp. The long straight blade is perfect for big cutting and slicing jobs. The handle gently angles up, allowing for plenty of clearance so your knuckles don’t hit the cutting board.
