Description
Entirely handcrafted in Canada, this elegant carving knife makes carving up the holiday turkey, ham or roast a pleasure. The long slim blade is perfectly designed for moving the knife around inside the meat to change directions and getting around bone.
The blade is stainless steel, between 7.5 and 8 inches long with a micarta handle secured to the tang with brass pins.
