Rugged, tough brisket knife ideal for the grill master who needs a no nonsense blade for the BBQ. The big blade is 8.25 long, made from high carbon 1095 steel and tempered to hold a sharp edge. The width of the blade at the spine is 1/8″ thick, making for a very tough, rugged knife that will hold up to demanding use at the grill.
The handle is 4 3/8″ long with a solid steel bolster. The grip material is black micarta that is almost as tough as steel, water resistant, and will hold up well in outdoor conditions.
Perfect for the grill master who needs a big tough knife that can make short work of cutting up ribs and brisket.
