6″ Chef’s knife with spalted tamarind handle

This beautiful chef’s knife features a full tang handle that’s a comfortable 4.5″ long. The handle material is a lovely green & blue spalted tamarind with black stripes.

The blade is 6″ long, and 1.75″ wide, with a straight upward sweep. There is plenty of clearance for your hand so your knuckles won’t hit the cutting board.

The blade is tempered high quality 440c stainless steel.
The 6″ cutting edge makes for a nice, versatile medium sized chef’s knife for those kitchen jobs where a big full-sized might get in the way.
