this unique cheese knife is also a conversation piece. The handle comes from real deer antler that is harvested in an animal friendly, natural manner. Buck’s shed their antlers naturally in late fall and can be safely gathered from the ground, and that’s how we obtained the deer antler used to make this amazing cheese knife.

the blade was hand forged from a piece of steel cable. The steel is folded during the forging process, resulting in the unique ‘water drop’ patterning in the finished blade. The bolster is made from brass and leather.
